By downloading or using any Codeloop app, you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the app.
License
Codeloop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store terms of service.
Purchases
Some apps offer optional in-app purchases to unlock additional features or content. All purchases are final and processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are handled according to Apple's standard refund policy.
Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and assets in Codeloop apps and on codeloop.dk are owned by or licensed to Codeloop. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of our apps or website without prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe the rights of others. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the apps or their underlying systems.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Use them at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codeloop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
