Practice Chord Progressions
Set up Chase the Notes to drill a progression at your own pace, with BPM Goal Mode to build speed gradually.
Open Chord Practice → Chase the Notes
Tap Practice in the bottom nav. Select Chord Practice, then choose Chase the Notes. This mode shows each in a progression and waits for you to play it before advancing.

Practice → Chord PracticeSwitch to Chord Progression mode
At the top of the settings screen, toggle from Single Chord to Chord Progression. Select a progression from the list — the ––– progression is a great starting point, used in hundreds of songs across every genre.
Choose a Play Mode
Play Mode controls how the is played. Block plays all notes simultaneously. Arpeggio Up plays notes from lowest to highest. Strum plays them in quick succession. Try Block first, then experiment once you're comfortable with the shapes.
Enable BPM Goal Mode
Turn on BPM Goal Mode and set a target . The app tracks your accuracy and nudges the speed up toward your goal as you play cleanly.
Turn on Hints while learning
Enable Hints to see fingering guides overlaid on the keyboard during practice. Hints show which fingers to use for each . Turn them off once you have the shapes memorised.
